§ 7-34-2162. Hearing On Petition For Dissolution -- Notice
Hearing on petition for dissolution -- notice. Upon the filing of the petition, the board of county commissioners shall set a time for hearing the petition and shall publish a notice of the hearing as provided in 7-1-2121 .
