§ 7-34-2154. Decision On Annexation Petition

Decision on annexation petition. Said board of county commissioners shall have the power, by order entered on its minutes: (1) to grant said petition either in whole or in part; (2) to alter the boundaries of said public hospital district; and (3) to annex thereto all or such portion of said area or territory described in said petition as will be benefited thereby.
