§ 7-32-4201. Municipal Detention Centers Authorized
Municipal detention centers authorized. The city or town council has power to establish and maintain a detention center, as defined in 7-32-2120 , for the confinement of persons convicted of violating the ordinances of the city or town and to make rules for the government of the same.
