§ 7-32-2125. Operation Of Sheriff's Vehicle

Operation of sheriff's vehicle. The board of county commissioners may purchase or lease motor vehicles from county funds for the use of the sheriff or any person employed by the sheriff and may also pay for the operation and maintenance of those vehicles from county funds.
