§ 7-3-4314. Composition And General Authority Of Commission

Composition and general authority of commission. (1) The commission shall consist of three commissioners for all municipalities having a population of less than 15,000 and five commissioners for all cities having a population of 15,000 or more. (2) The commission shall constitute the governing body, with powers as hereinafter provided to pass ordinances, adopt regulations, and appoint a chief administrative officer, to be known as the city manager, and to exercise all powers as hereinafter provided.
