§ 7-3-214. Veto Power
Veto power. The executive may: (1) veto ordinances and resolutions, subject to override by a majority plus one of the whole number of the commission; (2) veto ordinances and resolutions, subject to override by a two-thirds vote of the commission; or (3) sign all ordinances and resolutions with no veto power.
