§ 7-3-180. Cooperation Of Study Commissions

Cooperation of study commissions. (1) Any two or more study commissions may cooperate in the conduct of their studies. A majority vote by each of the affected study commissions is required for a cooperative study. (2) Cooperative studies do not preclude each study commission from making a separate report and recommendation.
