§ 7-16-4225. Park Fund To Be Maintained
Park fund to be maintained. All money raised by tax for park purposes or received by the board of park commissioners for the sale of hay, trees, or plants; from the leasing of park lands; or from any other source shall be paid into the city treasury. The city treasurer shall keep all such money in a separate fund to be known as the park fund.
