§ 7-16-4110. Establishment And Maintenance Of Public Baths
Establishment and maintenance of public baths. (1) All cities or towns incorporated under the laws of the state of Montana, in addition to other powers conferred upon them, are hereby empowered and authorized to establish and maintain a public bathing place within said city or town. (2) Power is hereby granted to the city or town council of all cities and towns incorporated under the laws of the state of Montana to make and pass all bylaws, ordinances, resolutions, and orders necessary for the establishment, maintenance, and regulation of a public bathing place within said city or town, including the power to establish by ordinance a reasonable and uniform charge for the privilege of using said bathing place.
