§ 7-16-2104. Multicounty Youth Guidance Centers

Multicounty youth guidance centers. Two or more counties of this state may, through action of their respective boards of county commissioners, join together by contract in the establishment of a joint county youth guidance center. The cost and expenses of such joint county youth guidance center shall be apportioned between or among the contracting counties on such a basis as to be agreed upon by said contracting counties.
