§ 7-15-4522. Redemption Of Bonds
Redemption of bonds. In connection with the issuance of bonds and/or the incurring of any obligation under a lease and in order to secure the payment of such bonds and/or obligations, the authority shall have power to redeem the bonds and covenant for their redemption and provide the terms and conditions thereof.
