§ 7-14-1612. Notice Of Resolution -- Hearing
Notice of resolution -- hearing. (1) The text of the resolution referred to in 7-14-1611 must be published as provided in 7-1-2121 . (2) At the time for the hearing, the board shall hear testimony for and against the creation of the authority. The hearing may be adjourned from time to time for the determination of additional information or for hearing proponents or opponents, but an adjournment may not exceed 2 weeks after the date originally published for the hearing.
