§ 7-13-3026. Charges For Services

Charges for services. (1) The governing body may by ordinance or resolution establish just and equitable rates, charges, and rentals for the services and benefits directly or indirectly afforded by a system operated by, controlled by, and under the jurisdiction of a district formed under this part. (2) The rates, charges, and rentals must be as nearly as possible equitable in proportion to the services and benefits rendered and may take into consideration the quantity of water supplied, the amount of sewage produced and its concentration, water pollution qualities in general, and the cost of disposal of sewage and storm waters.
