§ 7-13-2210. Notice Of Election

Notice of election. Notice of an election on whether a district should be incorporated must be provided in accordance with 13-1-108 and must include a description of the boundaries established and state the proposed name of the proposed district. The name must contain the words ".... County water and/or sewer district".
