§ 69-3-836. Mediation Of Interconnection Agreements

Mediation of interconnection agreements. Upon the written request of any party negotiating an agreement for interconnection with another telecommunications carrier, the commission may designate a mediator, who may be a commission member, to mediate any differences arising in the course of the negotiation.
