§ 69-14-703. Placement Of Cattle Guards

Placement of cattle guards. The railroad company or lessee, person, company, or corporation operating any railroad shall place cattle guards on either side of the openings required by 69-14-702 , sufficient to prevent any cattle from entering upon the right-of-way enclosed.
