§ 67-10-231. No Limitation On Airport Hazard Zoning
No limitation on airport hazard zoning. Nothing contained in this chapter limits any right, power, or authority of a municipality to regulate airport hazards by zoning or by establishing airport affected area regulations as provided in Title 67, chapter 7.
