§ 50-73-302. Hoisting -- Licensing Of Hoisting Engineers
Hoisting -- licensing of hoisting engineers. Hoisting of personnel and licensing of hoisting engineers shall be performed in mines under the provisions of the law and rules and standards adopted by the department.
