§ 50-32-103. Board To Administer Chapter

Board to administer chapter. (1) The board shall administer this chapter and may add drugs to or delete or reschedule all drugs enumerated in the schedules in 50-32-222 , 50-32-224 , 50-32-226 , 50-32-229 , or 50-32-232 pursuant to the rulemaking procedures of the Montana Administrative Procedure Act. (2) The board shall promulgate rules for its administration which are not inconsistent with this chapter and specifically shall levy and the department shall collect reasonable registration fees relating to the registration and control of the manufacture, distribution, and dispensing of dangerous drugs within the state. The maximum fee for any registration shall not exceed $100 per year.
