§ 39-51-2510. Total Extended Benefit Amount

Total extended benefit amount. The total extended benefit amount payable to an eligible individual with respect to that individual's applicable benefit year must be the least of the following amounts: (1) 50% of the total amount of regular benefits that were payable to the individual under this chapter in the individual's applicable benefit year; (2) 13 times the individual's weekly benefit amount that was payable to the individual under this chapter for a week of total unemployment in the individual's applicable benefit year; or (3) 39 times the individual's weekly benefit amount, less the amount of regular benefits paid or considered paid during the individual's applicable benefit year.
