§ 39-31-311. Training Of Fact Finders And Arbitrators

Training of fact finders and arbitrators. The board of personnel appeals shall establish a course of education for the training of fact finders and arbitrators. A person may not serve as a fact finder or as an arbitrator under this chapter until the person has successfully completed the course or equivalent education.
