§ 39-30-106. Adoption Of Rules

Adoption of rules. The department of administration shall adopt rules implementing this chapter and shall consult with the department of public health and human services in adopting rules governing certification of persons with disabilities for purposes of this chapter. The department of administration's rules apply to all public employers, local as well as state.
