§ 39-2-102. What Belongs To Employer
What belongs to employer. Everything that an employee acquires by virtue of employment, except the compensation, if any, that is due from the employee's employer, belongs to the employer, whether acquired lawfully or unlawfully or during or after the expiration of the term of the employee's employment.
