§ 37-42-309. Deposit Of Fees
Deposit of fees. Filing and certification fees shall be deposited with the state treasurer in the department state special revenue fund and shall be used to pay the expenses of the council and department under this chapter. Moneys may be invested in accordance with procedures of investment of state moneys.
