§ 35-13-205. Lien Of Partner For Debts Due Creditors

Lien of partner for debts due creditors. Each member of a mining partnership has a lien on the partnership property for the debts due the creditors of the partnership and for money advanced by the member for its uses. This lien exists notwithstanding an agreement among the partners that it may not exist.
