§ 35-1-1411. Ownership Certificates

Ownership certificates. In addition to all other legal requirements, each certificate representing shares of a benefit corporation must have conspicuously printed on the face of the certificate: "This entity is a benefit corporation organized under 35-1-1401 through 35-1-1412 of the Montana Code Annotated."
