§ 33-31-112. Filings And Reports As Public Documents

Filings and reports as public documents. All applications, filings, and reports required under this chapter, except those that contain trade secrets or privileged or confidential commercial or financial information (other than an annual financial statement that the commissioner may require under 33-31-211 ), are public documents.
