§ 33-20-602. Powers Of Commissioner
Powers of commissioner. Except as provided in Title 30, chapter 10, parts 1 through 3, the commissioner has sole authority to regulate the issuance and sale of variable contracts and to adopt rules to carry out the purposes and provisions of this part.
