§ 33-20-1606. Unfair Trade Practices

Unfair trade practices. A violation of the provisions of 33-20-1605 by an insurer constitutes an unfair method of competition or a deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance as provided in Title 33, chapter 18, part 2.
