§ 32-3-302. Form Of Articles And Bylaws
Form of articles and bylaws. In order to simplify the organization of credit unions, the department of administration shall prepare a form of articles of incorporation and a form of bylaws, consistent with this chapter, that may be used by credit union incorporators for their guidance. The articles of incorporation and bylaws must be available without charge to persons desiring to organize a credit union.
