§ 30-11-203. Delivery On Demand

Delivery on demand. A person who sells personal property, whether it was in the person's possession at the time of sale or not, shall put it into a condition fit for delivery and deliver it to the buyer within a reasonable time after demand, unless the person has a lien on the property.
