§ 3-5-407. Sheriff To Act As Crier
Sheriff to act as crier. The sheriff in attendance upon district court must act as the crier thereof, call the parties and witnesses and all other persons bound to appear before the court, and make proclamation of the opening and adjournment of the court and of any other matter under its direction.
