§ 3-10-511. Records Delivered To Successor
Records delivered to successor. Each justice of the peace, upon the expiration of the term of office, shall deposit with the justice's successor the official dockets and all papers or electronically filed or stored documents that were filed in the court during the justice's term of office or before, to be kept as public records.
