§ 27-28-308. Subsequent Action For Damages For Usurpation

Subsequent action for damages for usurpation. The person in whose favor judgment is rendered under this part may, at any time within 1 year after the date of the judgment, bring an action against the party ousted and recover the damages sustained by reason of the usurpation.
