§ 27-28-307. Refusal To Turn Over Books And Papers Punishable As Contempt
Refusal to turn over books and papers punishable as contempt. If the defendant refuses or neglects to deliver any book or paper pursuant to the demand in 27-28-306 , the defendant is considered guilty of a contempt of court and shall be fined an amount not exceeding $10,000 and imprisoned in the jail of the county until the defendant complies with the order of the court or is otherwise discharged by due course of law.
