§ 27-28-103. When Attorney General Required To Commence Action

When attorney general required to commence action. The attorney general shall commence an action: (1) when directed by the governor; and (2) when, upon complaint or otherwise, the attorney general has good reason to believe that any case specified in 27-28-102 can be established by proof.
