§ 27-18-404. Personal Property Capable Of Manual Delivery
Personal property capable of manual delivery. Personal property capable of manual delivery must be attached by taking it into custody, except in cases in which personal property capable of manual delivery is in the possession of a third person, and such personal property, so in the possession of a third person, may be attached in the same manner as debts or credits and other personal property not capable of manual delivery, as hereinafter provided.
