§ 27-1-738. Health Care Provider's Responsibility For Others
Health care provider's responsibility for others. For purposes of a malpractice claim, as defined in 27-6-103 , a health care provider, as defined in 27-6-103 , is not liable for an act or omission by a person or entity that was not an employee or agent of or otherwise under the control of the health care provider at the time that the act or omission occurred. This section does not absolve a health care provider from liability under 27-1-703 .
