§ 27-1-514. Who May Sue For Whose Seduction
Who may sue for whose seduction. (1) The rights of personal relations forbid the seduction of a spouse, child, orphan, or servant. (2) Either parent may prosecute as plaintiff for the seduction of the child and the guardian for the seduction of the ward, though the child or ward is not living with or in the service of the plaintiff at the time of the seduction or afterwards and there is no loss of service. (3) An unmarried person may prosecute as plaintiff an action for the person's own seduction and may recover damages, pecuniary or exemplary, that are assessed in the person's favor.
