§ 23-5-616. Removal Of Machine From Public Access
Removal of machine from public access. If a machine fails to meet the specifications and requirements of this part or any rule of the department which specification or requirement existed at the time the machine was approved at any time after its initial permit has been issued, the operator shall immediately remove the machine from public access until it meets all requirements.
