§ 20-9-446. Duty Of County Attorney To Prosecute

Duty of county attorney to prosecute. It shall be the duty of the county attorney in each county to commence and prosecute all actions to enforce any liability created by 20-9-444 or 20-9-445 . Such actions shall be tried as civil actions at law.
