§ 20-9-402. Definition Of School District For Bonding Purposes
Definition of school district for bonding purposes. For the purposes of indebting an elementary district, a high school district, or a community college district by the issuance of bonds under the provisions of this title, the term "school district" means any elementary district, high school district, county high school district, or community college district.
