§ 2-15-3114. Funding Of Programs -- Contingency
(Temporary) Funding of programs -- contingency. The awarding of grants and reimbursements and the performance of duties pursuant to 2-15-3111 through 2-15-3113 are contingent upon the amount of money available in the accounts provided for in 81-1-110 through 81-1-113 . (Terminates June 30, 2029--sec. 3, Ch. 20, L. 2023.) 2-15-3114 . (Effective July 1, 2029) Funding of programs -- contingency. The awarding of grants and reimbursements and the performance of duties pursuant to 2-15-3111 through 2-15-3113 are contingent upon the amount of money available in the accounts provided for in 81-1-110 through 81-1-112 .
