§ 2-15-2230. Dispute Resolution Requirement For Contracts
Dispute resolution requirement for contracts. Each written contract that the department of public health and human services enters into for the provision of human services to a third party must contain a clause providing for a dispute resolution process in the event of disagreement between the contractor and the department about the terms of the contract.
