§ 19-9-302. Ineligibility For Other Retirement Plans

Ineligibility for other retirement plans. An active member is not eligible to be covered under any other mandatory retirement plan for police service to which an employer is required to contribute on the member's behalf, except the Social Security Act, while the member is eligible to be covered by this plan.
