§ 19-6-403. Refund Of Member's Contribution

Refund of member's contribution. If a member willingly resigns or is discharged for cause before becoming entitled to a retirement benefit, the accumulated contributions standing to the member's credit must be paid to the member upon the member's filing of a written application with the board.
