§ 19-5-403. Refunds In Case Of Resignation Or Discharge
Refunds in case of resignation or discharge. When a member willingly resigns or is discharged for cause before becoming entitled to a retirement benefit, the accumulated contributions standing to the member's credit must be paid to the member upon the board's receipt of the member's written application for a refund.
