§ 18-5-203. Agency For Surplus Property -- Authorization For Financing

Agency for surplus property -- authorization for financing. The state agency for surplus property must be self-sustaining and shall pay for its operation and maintenance directly from receipts from surplus property that must be deposited in the treasury in an enterprise fund.
