§ 17-1-511. General Fund Transfer

General fund transfer. Each fiscal year beginning after June 30, 2011, the state treasurer shall transfer the amount reported under section 2(1), Chapter 361, Laws of 2007, from the general fund to the state special revenue account created in 20-26-1501 .
