§ 16-1-204. Licensed Hospital Or Health Care Facility
Licensed hospital or health care facility. Any person in charge of an institution regularly conducted as a licensed hospital or health care facility may administer alcoholic beverages purchased by the person to any patient or inmate of the institution and may charge for the alcoholic beverages.
